End-user license agreement

This End-user license agreement (“EULA”) is the license URL for themassis. End-user license agreement URL: https://themassis.com/eula/. By creating an account, installing, or using the product you agree to this EULA and the Terms of service.

License

themassis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the hosted service for stores and books you are authorized to operate. We retain all rights in the software, mark, and documentation. You do not receive ownership of the product or of any models, mapping rules, or journal templates.

What the product does

The service splits Shopify payouts, drafts balanced QuickBooks Online journal entries, and holds them for human review. Nothing posts to QuickBooks without an authorized operator. It is a bookkeeping aid, not a substitute for a licensed accountant or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You must keep credentials secret, connect only accounts you control, and verify every draft before posting. You are responsible for the accuracy of books you approve, tax filings, and third-party terms (Shopify, Intuit, Plaid).

Restrictions

You may not sublicense, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the service to access another merchant’s data. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose.

Data and connections

Account email, payout components, and OAuth tokens are handled as described in the Privacy policy. You may disconnect Shopify, QuickBooks, or Plaid at any time.

Term

This license lasts while your account is active. We may suspend or end access if you breach this EULA. You may stop using the product and request deletion via [email protected].

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, themassis is not liable for lost profits, posting errors you approve, or outages at Shopify, Intuit, or Plaid.
