Balanced QBO journal entries
themassis prepares double-entry journals through a Shopify clearing account. Debits equal credits on every proposed entry.
Accountant review
Exceptions land in a review queue. Approve, edit, or hold. Nothing is posted to QuickBooks until someone on your team signs off.

Exception queue
Unknown fees, unmapped accounts, and mismatches wait for a person. Clean payouts still get a review gate.

Net settlement is compared to the bank deposit. Variances above tolerance stay in review.
Account mappings
Map gross, fees, tax, refunds, and shipping to your QuickBooks chart. Rules first, suggestions second.
Role consoles
Admin, accountant, and merchant share one product with different scopes. Review stays with the books.
Encrypted tokens
